Workshop Topics

  • We have all been in a place where we were so emotional due to happiness, excitement, anger, frustration, loss etc.. the we could not think. You have heard the expression "I can't think straight". It happens. In this place we struggle to make a decision, we say things we don't mean and it can be a very emotional space. Learn how to utilize the thinking part of your brain more and come to life better able to function.

  • Sort out how to create a life where you determine where you want to put your time and energy and intentionally focus so that you are spending your life on the areas that are important to you.

  • Determine how to organize your life in a way that utilizes routines, manages stress, and helps you feel more at peace.  KNOW your doing a good job at work and also able to engage at home in the best way possible.    Learn how to stop procrastinating, be more productive, deal with interruptions, and use time blocks to work for you.

  • When tragedy hits local business and community - having someone to facilitate multiple layers of grief.  Families, Friends, First Responders, all may find themselves looking for support.

  • Parenting can be difficult.  Sort out how to decide what is best for your family.  

    Various Topics available: establish routines, do I really have to get it all right, caring for mom and/or dad and their relationship, sexual intimacy, parent centered vs child centered home, developmental stress(speaking, walking, toilet training at the right times), loosening the reins, establishing phone privileges, approaching your teenager with confidence and consistency.

Cost Per Hour for Workshops

Topic Listed = $300 an hour

Custom Topic =$400 an hour

Travel costs are extra.  These include, but are not limited to mileage, gas, lodging, and meal.

Administrative Fees based on workshop.
